Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

1. Provide dedicated, personalized customer support via phone, email, and text message
2. Work to provide immediate resolutions to inquires
3. Adhere to our robust Customer Quality Follow-up Program

Skills:

– Experience in a customer support position with proven success
– Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
– Understanding of customer needs
– Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
– Organized and efficient
– Positive attitude
– Accurate and detail oriented
– Works independently and functions as a team player
– Fluency in Vietnamese/English is a must (Chinese is plus)
